He introduced and managed over 40 international brands across fashion, sport, active lifestyle, kids & baby including – Zara, Ted Baker, Bebe, Promod, Morgan De Toi, Jessica Simpson, BCBG, Ipanema, Cache Cache, Adidas, Quiksilver, DC, Vans, Roxy, Reef, Evita Peroni, IAM, SIX, Vince Camuto, Grenda, Rider, Barbie & Hotwheels Footwear, Max, Babyshop and others – in South East Asia. Mr. Konidena has incorporated retail companies, developed multi-dimensional operation structures, launched e-commerce for brands, and has been an integral developer of omnichannel for affordable and aspirational brands in South East Asia.
Ms. Margot Torres is the Managing Director of McDonald’s Philippines. She is a multi-awarded marketer and thought leader in the industry. She is an Agora awardee, first Tambuli CMO of the Year, and recipient of the Gawad PANATA lifetime award. She was also honored with the Campaign Asia’s Women Leading Change award in 2018 and Asia Marketing Federation’s Women Marketer of the Year in 2019. Recently, she received the CEO Excel Award from the International Association of Business Communicators in 2020. In a career spanning 25+ years, she has worked for over a decade in consumer marketing firms such as Unilever, Pepsi and Wyeth and a decade in technology marketing with Pocketbell, Edsamail and Smart.
Sandeep Bhalla is a Senior Advisor with the Financial Institution and Consumer Practice at BCG, Singapore. He focuses on consumer banking strategy, wealth management, payments and lending. He is also an expert of CRM, Loyalty and Personalization. Prior to joining BCG, Sandeep was the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Product Officer of NTUC Link, the largest digital Loyalty company in Singapore and Chief Analytics Officer of NTUC group of companies. Sandeep is a 20 year banking veteran. Prior to NTUC, he was the Managing Director and Chief Analytics Officer of APAC and EMEA at Citi.
Aneesh Reddy is the Co-Founder and CEO of Capillary Technologies. An alumnus of IIT-Kharagpur, Aneesh has been recognized as a "Forty Under 40" leader by Fortune Magazine and the Economic Times. He is an active contributor to the start-up ecosystem. He's also an avid trekker, long-distance runner and traveler.
