Mr. Ashish Dikshit is currently the Managing Director of Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited (ABFRL) - a fashion group within the US$ 48.3 billion Indian multinational Aditya Birla Group which has a presence in 34 countries across the globe. ABFRL is present in 750 cities through a massive network of 3,031+ stores and the group's brand portfolio includes renowned labels like Van Heusen, Louis Philippe, Allen Solly and Peter England with over 35mn loyal customers. In a career spanning over 25 years, Mr. Dikshit has worked in diverse roles across industries and functions. He started his career at the Aditya Birla Group with Madura Fashion and Lifestyle, a branded apparel business of the Group, where he worked in different functions such as sales, brand management, supply chain and sourcing for over 15 years. He was appointed President of its lifestyle business in 2007 and went on to become its CEO in 2012. He was honoured with the 'Outstanding Leader Award' in the year 2011 by the Chairman of Aditya Birla Group.

Aneesh Reddy is the CEO and Co-Founder of Capillary Technologies. An alumnus of IIT-Kharagpur, Aneesh has been recognized as a "Forty Under 40" leader by Fortune Magazine and the Economic Times. He is an active contributor to the start-up ecosystem. He's also an avid trekker, long-distance runner and traveler.
