The economic slowdown driven by pandemic wasn’t the only disruptor leaving CPG brands in a quandary. An unexpected turn of events remodeled the entire landscape - brand loyalists moved to brand switchers, counter sales revamped into digital marketplaces and the legacy supply chain network was transformed into a channel agnostic approach. Pushing the boundaries further, a new wave of D2C (Direct-to-consumer) took the center stage. CPG brands were challenged to not just drive their revenue management but adapt faster, swifter and stronger to this model.
