Terms & Conditions
for Ask aiRA

1. Credits Policy Modifications

Capillary Technologies may, from time to time, update or revise its aiRA Credits Policy. While Capillary endeavours to maintain consistency in its pricing and Credit structures, the dynamic nature of underlying AI and database technologies may necessitate such changes. Any revisions may include, but are not limited to:

  • The number of Credits allocated per dollar amount paid by the Client;
  • The rate at which Credits are consumed per activity, transaction, or API call;
  • The definition or scope of activities that constitute Credit-consuming events;
  • The expiry, rollover, or carry-forward rules applicable to unused Credits.

Capillary will provide the Client with no less than thirty (30) days’ prior written notice of any material changes to the Credits Policy, communicated via email or notification on the Capillary platform. Capillary will make reasonable efforts to explain the rationale for any such changes at the time of notification.

Where a Client has prepaid for Credits prior to the effective date of a revised Credits Policy, those Credits shall be honoured at the rate in effect at the time of purchase for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of the change, after which the revised Policy shall apply universally.

Continued use of aiRA services after the expiry of the notice period shall be deemed acceptance of the revised Credits Policy. Should the Client wish to discuss the impact of any changes, Capillary’s account management team remains available to assist.

2. Credit Consumption by Capillary-Billed Users

All Capillary platform users whose accounts are billed to the Client (“Client-Billed Users”) shall draw from the Client’s allocated Credits pool when accessing or using aiRA services. In this regard, the following shall apply:

  • Credits consumed by any Client-Billed User will be deducted from the total Credits allotted to the Client’s account;
  • Credits are allocated at the account level only and are shared across all Client-Billed Users. Capillary does not offer dedicated Credit allocations on a per-user or per-team basis;
  • The Client is responsible for managing and monitoring Credit consumption across its Client-Billed Users and is encouraged to utilise the usage reports available on the Capillary platform for this purpose;

Capillary will endeavour to provide reasonable usage visibility tools to help the Client proactively manage its Credits and avoid unintended disruption to services
