Whole Self Retreat: 1D non-residential retreat to take a pause and contemplate on how one is showing up in life—as self, in relationships, and for the world at large.
Root & Rise Program: 1D non-residential self-discovery retreat for young professionals under 30 years of age

No more “Just Getting By”. Live an Intentional Life.
Our flagship offering is a comprehensive three-month development journey based on the scientifically validated PERMAH framework by Dr. Martin Seligman.
Meeting online weekly in intimate groups, participants learn core wellbeing foundations and apply science-backed practices every week that integrate seamlessly into daily life.
The six core pillars of flourishing that are explored:
Positive Emotion – managing stress and cultivating everyday joy
Engagement – discovering flow and strengths
Relationships – building trust and meaningful connection
Meaning – aligning with purpose
Accomplishment – moving into the life you envision with confidence
Health- Practice self – nurturing body through sleep, food, movement & breath
Each participant takes the PERMAH Life Survey and receives a personalised PERMAH well-being report at the beginning and the end of the course.
PERMAH Pre/Post Results for Cohort 1: +10.0 percentage points uptick of people who are “Consistently Thriving” and -25.0 percentage points lesser people who are “Just Getting By”. Higher post-course average on all PERMAH dimensions except Health.
Inner Peace Retreat

These transformative 2N/3D semi-silent retreats offer a rare opportunity to disconnect completely and turn inward. Held twice yearly in serene settings, participants develop mindfulness practices, explore self-awareness techniques, learn how to relax the body, calm the mind and return with renewed clarity and purpose.
Participants receive ongoing support through virtual check-ins, ensuring sustainable growth long after the retreat concludes.

Root & Rise Program
A program dedicated to support young leaders in self-discovery. This offering is specifically tailored for employees under the age of 30 who have joined the company within the last three years.
Over the course of a day, the program focuses on identifying one’s values and strengths, navigating fears, and building skills to manage stress and feel a deeper sense of belonging at work.
At its heart, Root & Rise is a gentle but powerful invitation—for our young team members to take root in their strengths, and rise to their full potential.
Masterclasses
1-hour online sessions creating safe spaces to pause, reflect, and reconnect to what truly matters. Past topics include Navigating uncertainty in an AI world, Mindful Parenting, Health Foundations, Emotional well-being, Time Management and PERMAH.

A special 60-minute gathering where small groups of 10-20 people - across roles and teams — come together to reconnect with the heart of Capillary: our purpose, our culture, and the community we’re building together.
