Capillary Technologies, a global leader in AI-powered loyalty and customer engagement solutions, today announced its collaboration with MR D.I.Y. to support the retailer’s loyalty infrastructure in Malaysia.
The partnership underscores Capillary’s growing enterprise presence in Southeast Asia and its role as a technology partner for high-scale retail environments. Through its loyalty, customer data, and analytics capabilities, Capillary will provide the technology foundation to support MR D.I.Y’s customer engagement and loyalty operations at scale.
With more than 1,500 stores, MR D.I.Y. is one of the region’s most extensive value retail networks. The deployment demonstrates Capillary’s ability to support enterprise retailers with the infrastructure needed to manage customer engagement, loyalty operations, and customer insights across large and complex retail ecosystems.
The implementation will leverage Capillary’s Loyalty+, CDP+, and Insights+ solutions to enable advanced customer data management, loyalty programme orchestration, and actionable intelligence across MR D.I.Y’s retail network.
